Join us on Tuesday, Feb. 20 for a panel discussion covering the high and low points of the 2023 Texas Legislature’s numerous legislative sessions. This event will be held at Austin Diagnostic Clinic’s McKinney Falls Classroom at North Austin Medical Center, located at 12221 N Mopac Expy**.

Panelists include government relations leaders from the region’s health systems and consultants representing healthcare advocacy groups.

  • Jessica Olson – Baylor Scott and White Health
  • Ryan Ambrose – Memorial Herman Health System
  • Missy Apodaca – Katten Muchin and Rosenman

The program moderator will be Lance Lunsford, MBA, FACHE, from Groundswell Health.

The panelists will share their individual opinion of the Texas Legislature’s accomplishments and activities during the regular and special sessions. Additionally, they will look into their crystal ball and forecast what will be the Legislature’s impact on healthcare in Texas in 2024 with a look ahead to the 2025 legislative session.

Join us for lunch and this great panel discussion. Lunch will be served at 11:30am. This event is valid for ACHE In-Person educational credits.
