Despite pressure from the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, the ACHE Central Texas Chapter was recognized with an Award of Chapter Merit for 2021 as part of the 2022 Chapter Management and Awards Program. Additionally, the chapter was recognized with the Award for Sustained Performance.
Chief among the noted success was a net membership growth of 7.9 percent.
The chapter will be acknowledged during the Congress on Healthcare Leadership at the Malcolm T. MacEachern Memorial
Lecture and Luncheon on Tuesday, March 29 at the Hyatt Regency Chicago. Chapter leaders will be recognized at a special reception Tuesday, from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., in Crystal C at the Hyatt Regency Chicago.
“We have proven that ACHE is a valuable asset for early careerists and other leaders working to advance their knowledge and insight in our industry,” said Kevin Stevenson, director of strategic operations at Ascension Providence in Waco and 2022 Central Texas Chapter president. “We have more to accomplish, but this is a great start to the early part of the year.”
